Über michIch bin Polin und komme aus Lublin. Aufgewachsen bin ich in Polen, Deutschland und den Niederlanden. Seit 1993 lebe ich in der Pfalz mit meinem Mann Maciek.Ich habe an der Universität Mainz / FASK Germersheim Übersetzen studiert und bin heute freiberufliche Übersetzerin für Deutsch, Englisch und Polnisch. Ich spezialisiere mich auf die Bereiche EDV und Software-Lokalisierung. Seit 1998 bin ich Lehrbauftragte am FASK. Ich leite Kurse über die Grundlagen der EDV und das Internet sowie über Excel. Zur Zeit studiere ich Italienisch und promoviere in Anglistik. |
About meI am Polish and I come from Lublin. I grew up in Poland, Germany and the Netherlands. Since 1993, I have lived in the Palatinate with my husband Maciek.I studied translation at the University of Mainz / FASK Germersheim; today, I am a freelance translator of German, English and Polish. I am specialised in computer-related topics and software localisation. Since 1998, I have worked as a lecturer at the FASK. I give courses in basic computer handling, the Internet as well as Excel. At present, I am studying Italian and working on a PhD in English cultural studies. |
